The Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County has released the July 1st Preliminary Certification of Taxable Values to Miami-Dade County taxing authorities. The countywide estimated taxable value for 2026 is $540.7 billion, an 5.5% increase from 2025.
Property owners are encouraged to search their 2026 assessments online.
