Alfredo and his team were fantastic and helped lower my property taxes! I don’t typically write many reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience. Alfredo is very professional and easy to work with. Since the service is contingency-based, there is virtually nothing to lose beyond a small filing fee of about $10. With Miami-Dade County taxes rising so rapidly, many investment property owners are likely overpaying. This service is more cost-effective than the companies that send out mass mailers, which you can verify yourself. While the process takes a few months, this timeline is clearly disclosed from the start.
