I have worked with Florida Property Tax Solutions twice when it appeared that real estate taxes on a condominium were excessive.  Both times they did an excellent job, with little burden at our end, for reasonable one-time success fees, and finally with a good result. Alfredo and his team were fantastic and helped lower my property taxes! I was initially skeptical when I received their offer in the mail—these days it can be hard to know what’s legitimate and what isn’t. I don’t typically write many reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience. Alfredo is very professional and easy to work with. Since the service is contingency-based, there is virtually nothing to lose beyond a small filing fee of about $10. With Miami-Dade County taxes rising so rapidly, many investment property owners are likely overpaying. This service is more cost-effective than the companies that send out mass mailers, which you can verify yourself. While the process takes a few months, this timeline is clearly disclosed from the start.
